Be the Best Runner you can be

Ok, so the title is a bit twee; ‘Be the best runner you can be’.  And I’ll admit, this post is a compilation post; there’s no new information.  I’ve been keeping this blog weekly for almost 2 years now, and sometimes, it can be as useful to remind you of all the resources that are already available to you, rather than always creating something new.  When I created I Run Success, it was based around what I viewed to be the 3 pillars of running success, which were training, nutrition and injury prevention.  Since then, there are a couple of other pillars that I deem to be as important; these are mindset, and strength training for performance enhancement, not just injury prevention.
