Hi There, I’m so pleased you’re interested in working with me to help you in your running.

I created I Run Success Insiders to help runners just like you to enjoy their running more by giving clear advice on what you can do to get that next pb and to stop getting injured.

I’m a REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer who lives and breaths running. I’ve run over 15 marathons including qualfying for Boston and London on the Good for Age start.

If you have questions or concerns about your running, the chances are, I’ve had them too, or I’ve helped someone else with similar concerns overcome them.

Running injuries are not an ‘act of God’ but are down to one or more of 5 things. Overtraining, undertraining, stupidity, equipment and weakness.
